Return and Refund Policy

At Shri Meenakshi (“we”, “us”, “our”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we sell organic food items and personal care products, our return and refund policy follows hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Damaged product received
✅ Product missing from the order
✅ Expired or leaked product on delivery

❌ We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Change of mind after delivery
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

2. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please share:
• Order ID
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• Description of the problem

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Return Approval

Once we receive your request:
• Our team will review it within 2–3 business days
• If approved, we will guide you on return pickup or replacement

Return shipping may be arranged by us depending on the case.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for approved cases.

✔ Refunds will be processed:

To the original payment method, or
As store credit, if agreed

⏳ Refund processing time:
• Initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
• Bank or payment gateway may take additional time to reflect the amount

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer:
• A replacement of the same product, or
• A refund, if replacement is unavailable

Replacement will be shipped after return verification (if required).

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the error is from our side
• If return is due to our mistake, return shipping cost will be borne by us
